14. Suppose, you have got stuck in a long traffic jam on the way to examination hall. Now write a paragraph on “Traffic Jam” in 250 words. 10

Traffic Jam

Traffic jam is a long line of vehicles that cannot move or that can only move very slowly because there is so much traffic on the road. Traffic jam is a common affair in the big cities and towns. It is one of the major problems of modern time. The causes of traffic jam are many. Our roads have not increased .The roads are all the same. There are many unlicensed vehicles occupying the roads. Even the drivers are not willing to obey the traffic rules. Overtaking tendency also causes traffic jam. The numbers of traffic police are insufficient. At office time traffic jam is intolerable. Sometimes traffic jam is so heavy that it blocks half a kilometer. It kills our valuable time and our work is hampered. This problem can be solved by adopting some measures. Well planned spacious roads should be constructed. One way movement of vehicles should be introduced. Traffic rules should be imposed strictly so that the drivers are bound to obey them. Unlicensed vehicles should be removed. After doing all these things we can hope to have a good traffic system for our easy and comfortable movement.

Social network plays an important role in every studentÕs life. It is easier and convenient to access information, provide information and communicate via social network. Social media helps teachers to be connected to their students in any place. Teachers and students can be connected to each other and can make good use of these platforms for the benefit of their learning and teaching.

Social network is a platform where people from all over the world can connect and interact with each other. Social network has gained a lot of momentum in the past few years. Social media plays a key role in everyone’s life. Students are also using social media extensively. In school, the use of online platforms such as school website will give students the right access to quality information about the school environment, departments, faculties, rules, and regulations. It has been observed that social media has a wider and faster means of circulating information not only to the students of an institution but also to the generality of the public. The use of social media has helped the students to learn through various online learning platforms available to them. The use of You Tube to watch educational videos has helped the students to gain wider knowledge.

For students, social sites have also proved to be an important medium for communication .Educational documents and papers can easily be shared and exchanged with other people quite easily. So to conclude, social media has helped and made life a lot easier for students, provided it is utilized in the right way.
