With auxillary verb :
Assertive : It is our responsibility to do good deeds.
Interrogative: Isn’t it our responsibility to do good deeds?
Without auxillary verb :
Present tense 
Assertive : People of all ages like to watch cricket match.
Interrogative : Don’t people of all ages like to watch cricket match?
Assertive : He lives with his family and works in a farm.
Interrogative : Doesn’t he live with his family and works in a farm?
Past tense
Assertive : The woman became sympathetic to see Taimur.
Interrogative : Didn’t the woman became sympathetic to see Taimur.
None, No one, Nobody etc
Assertive : None respects a dishonest person.
Interrogative : Who respects a dishonest person.
Everyone, Everybody etc
Assertive : Everybody wants to be a happy in the world.
