Metro Rail
Metro Rail is maybe the most popular public transport in major cities around the world. The first rapid transit system was introduced in London in 1863, which is now a part of the London Underground. Dhaka Metro Rail is an approved mass rapid transit system under construction in Dhaka. The first Metro Rail MRT-6 (Mass Rapid Transit-6) starts from Uttara to Motijheel. The project was approved on 18 December 2012. Then the construction work was inaugurated by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on 26 June 2016. The project will add to a total of five lines and six routes. The total length of the Metro Rail will be 128.741 km including both the underground and the elevated track. Total 104 Metro Rail stations will serve the passengers in both types of tacks. The state-owned Dhaka Mass Transit Company
Limited (DMTCL) is maintaining the project. Presently Metro Rail is partially running between Uttara to Agargaon. After opening all the routes of Metro Rail, people can live outside of the main city and travel easily to their workplaces. Due to the traffic congestion in Dhaka, the country faces a huge economic loss. Metro Rail is expected to minimize the traffic jam to a minimum level. It will also build a safe and sustainable transport infrastructure in and around Dhaka. The present governments made some untouched dreams of the nation

Physical Exercise
Physical exercise means the regular movement of the limbs of our body according to rules. It helps to develop the growth of different organs of the body properly. Without physical exercise no one can enjoy a good health. It makes a man strong and active and keeps him free from diseases. He who takes physical exercise can build up a good health. On the other hand, he who does not take physical exercise regularly cannot build up a good health. There is a proverb in English that a sound mind lives in a sound body. In order to have a sound mind in a sound body we should take physical exercise. It helps proper circulation of blood in out body and increases the power of digestion. But all sorts of exercise are not suitable for men and women of all ages. Walking is the best kind of exercise for all. Walking in the morning and evening refreshes our body and mind. There are many people who do not take physical exercise. They fall victim to many diseases. Physical exercise enables us to build a good health which is the key to success. In fact, physical exercise is very essential for all. To lead a happy and healthy life we all should take regular physical exercise.
